History of School :

• Govt. Model High School, Vikas Nagar was inaugurated by H.E. Gen (Retd.) S.F. Rodrigues PVSM VSM Government Punjab Administrator, U.T., Chd. On April 03, 2008 This institution is the first English Medium School of Vikas Nagar, Mauli Jagran area. Initially, it started with classes 1st to 9th . Later on it was raised to class 10th. It caters to Hindi and English Medium.
